The We Hear You Report was created to ensure that the voices of Midland County residents directly inform community planning and decision-making. Recognizing the importance of understanding local needs and priorities, community leaders launched this initiative to gather meaningful input on issues such as economic opportunity, housing, childcare, and overall quality of life. The report highlights key themes identified through resident feedback and serves as a guiding resource for shaping policies and initiatives that align with community needs. By amplifying local voices, We Hear You fosters collaboration and helps create a more inclusive, responsive, and thriving Midland County.

Midland City Modern

After over four years of public engagement and plan development, Midland City Modern was officially adopted as the new Master Plan for the City of Midland by the Midland City Planning Commission on June 11, 2024.
