Our Mission
To increase access to housing across Midland County by advancing policies, funding opportunities, and collaborative projects that support a range of housing options for individuals and families at all income levels.
Our Focus Areas
✔ Zoning Reform – Advocating for policies that allow more diverse housing types, such as duplexes, townhomes, and accessory dwelling units.
✔ Revolving Loan Fund – Reducing financial barriers for developers to encourage new housing projects.
✔ Employer-Assisted Housing – Partnering with local businesses to help employees find housing near their workplaces.
✔ Institutional Land Use – Exploring opportunities for organizations, such as churches, to repurpose land for housing development.
